Now I remember how much I hate school. I'm surrounded by obnoxious children who have too much money. I hate people my age. I'd rather be working full time again.
Work destroyed me. People are ignorant, impatient, ungrateful, and narcissistic. The human race needs a giant bitch-slap across the face.
The BioShock demo will not run on my computer. It crashes after the intro movie plays because the minimum required video card is a Geforce 6600 and I have a 5900XT. My options are to pay $130 for a new card, $1400 for a new computer, or wait until Christmas for an X-Box 360. Looks like it's back to Warcraft III for me.
I don't understand why the German Nazis are regarded as some extinct, mythical race of monsters and demons. It's even more confusing given that the majority of American citizens support, accept, or otherwise subscribe to an incredibly similar doctrine of ethics and logic. People sometimes compare the Bush administration, and other ultra-conservatives, to Nazis, but it is often used rhetorically to make a point. I don't think this is sufficient. Many of these people are exactly like the German Nazis in terms of method, belief, and practice. The only differences are that we speak English and haven't yet begun exterminating Muslims, Mexicans, and homosexuals en masse. Will it come to that? Maybe. Possibly.
Will I do anything about it?
Why should I? I'm not one of them. And in America, as in Nazi Germany, if they aren't coming for me then it isn't a problem.
Wordpress is fun and it's extremely easy to customize a template for it (though I haven't bothered with one for a while), but I don't feel like paying for bandwidth. Perhaps this is non-sequitur (I'm using that term incorrectly) because I get no traffic and therefore have no bandwidth to pay, but I'm an indecisive technophile who's always looking for the alternative.
