Something’s wrong with the scale!!

Yesterday I was downloading at 30kb/sec and unable to connect to FTP. Right now I just nabbed the new iTunes update at 2.5mb/sec and I'm finally uploading all of my DC pictures. THAT DOES NOT MAKE SENSE.
